VCC 369 (NGC 4267).This galaxy is quite round in the innermost 6" beyond it
becomes more elongated, with perhaps a slight twist in the major axis position
angle, to revert to round again beyond 50". It is possible that the change in
the isophotal shape is due to a stellar bar similar (but much fainter) to the
one seen in VCC 2092. A faint nucleus is likely present.
NGC 4267. All measurements are from NOT R-band images; bar measurements agree
very well with the H-band measurements of Jungwiert et al. (1997).
NGC 4267 (SB0-, 1"~71 pc, I=22.5^deg^)
The PA is constant along the large-scale bar (e_max_=0.22 at a=18.4", PA=
32^deg^) of this low-inclination galaxy.
Pair with IC 0775 at 14.5 arcmin

Very bright, diffuse nucleus in a short diffuse bright bar: 0.55 arcmin x
Pair with IC 0775 at 14.5 arcmin.
Lund 9 dimensions rejected, bar only.
