NGC 4845. - On our tapered maps we detect a 2 mJy core and some
emission to the north, perpendicular to the galaxy major axis, plus
10 mJy of ~ 20" elongated disk emission. NVSS detected a 43.8 mJy source
associated with this H II nucleus. The data of Condon et al. (1990)
imply resolution effects on the 10" scale.
SA(s)ab (de Vaucouleurs)
Small, bright diffuse nucleus in a bright bulge, partially hidden by dark lane
on one side. Smooth spiral structure and dark lanes.
Lund 9 dimensions 2.9 arcmin x 0.6 arcmin are for the bright part only.
