Three principal arms can be traced in
NGC 6808, two on one side and one on the other. The
arms are intermediate in width between narrow
and massive in the sense of Reynolds (1927a,b).
The redshift is v_o = 3281 km/s.
Overexposed, faint extension. Bright star 8.6 following. Companion
S0/a sp 2.7 south-following.
High surface brightness, patchy; in calibration cutout.

Small, bright nucleus. Bright (r): 0.6 arcmin x 0.25 arcmin. Asymmetric arm.
