Five arm segments begin at the center and
end abruptly at a bright edge, which at lower
resolution would appear to be a luminous outer
The redshift is large for RSA galaxies, at
v_o = 5104. Because NGC 95 has an apparent
magnitude that is bright enough to be in the RSA,
the absolute magnitude of NGC 95 is among the
brightest in that catalog, at M_B_ = -22.2.
There are evident HII regions, especially
along the outer edge of the spiral pattern. These
are unresolved at the great distance of the galaxy.

In MCG read 18 x 14 for D, not 18 x 4.
Blue patches along edge, asymmetric uneven arms, loop on south-preceding side
Very small, extremely bright nucleus.
Several faint, filamentary arms
form bright irregular ring structure with knots.
