The largest HII regions in IC 1933 are
complex with a combined (overlapping) diameter
of about 3". Star formation is occurring in the
bar as well as robustly in the arms.
The redshift of IC 1933 is v_o = 914 km/s.
Bright central part, very patchy arms. Star 0.6 south-preceding.
Overexposed bar, patchy arms with many knots; star superposed 0.65 south-
south-preceding. Superposed on cluster. cIm? 2.0 south-following.

HII regions at the 1 arcsec level.
Two thin dust lanes emerge from the nucleus,
as is characteristic in normal SBb type examples.

Bright middle. Poorly resolved.
There is a bright star 0.6 arcmin south.
