The observations include the central 1 kpc diameter. We detected CO emission from six galaxies out of ten. The CO emission was newly detected from one galaxy NGC 7457. The molecular gas mass of the central 1 kpc region of the CO-detected S0 galaxies ranges from 10^7^ to 10^8^. M_sun_. The average surface density of molecular gas is 10^6-7^. M_sun_kpc^-2^. Comparing our results with those in literature, we discuss the spatial distribution of the molecular gas and the relationship between the molecular gas content and nuclear activity.
