   Fig. 3. - A comparison of the stellar rotation curve (P.A. 103deg, solid
 line from Fig. 2) with that of the ionized gas (P.A. 95deg, open circles and
 squares).  The line of nodes of the galaxy is approximately 100deg; thus,
 geometrical projection effects are essentially the same for the two sets of
 data.
