NGC 2534. This is an isolated E1 galaxy at a distance of 54 Mpc, with a
somewhat peculiar morphology. We do not detect any CO emission with a
noise rms level of 8.0 mK in the J = 1-0 line. Wang et al. (1992b) claim
a detection with a peak intensity of ~150 mK (T_mb_) with the Nobeyama
Very bright complex central region, multiple?
